To provide and personalize the Service, process payments, generate results and insights, power Edge, improve the Service, communicate with you, secure accounts, and comply with law. We may use aggregated or de-identified data for research and product improvement.
We do not sell your personal information. We share with service providers under contract, AI subprocessors under data processing terms, designated supporters only when you enable Supporter View, when required by law, or in a business transfer. We may share aggregated or de-identified data.
We retain data while your Account is active. Canceled or expired Accounts: data may be retained for twelve (12) months then deleted as described here and in product copy, except where law requires longer retention. Deleted Accounts: deletion within ninety (90) days except legal holds. Backups may persist for a limited time.
Access, portability, correction, deletion, marketing opt-out, and push controls as described in-app and applicable law. Contact support@edgestate.com. Transactional messages may continue while you have an Account.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures. No method is 100% secure.
Data may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.
The Service is not for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
You may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA including to know, delete, and non-discrimination. We do not sell personal information.
If GDPR applies, you may have additional rights and may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted and/or emailed. Continued use means acceptance.
Conversations with Edge are processed by AI providers to generate responses. Providers are contractually restricted from using your content for unrelated purposes. Do not share passwords, full account numbers, or government IDs in chat.
