These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and EdgeState, Inc. ("EdgeState," "we," "us") governing your use of the EdgeState platform, mobile applications, website, and related services (the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 and have capacity to contract. You represent that you meet eligibility requirements.
We may modify these Terms. We will provide notice of material changes by posting updated Terms and/or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Account means your registered access. Assessment means the evaluation questionnaire. Edge means the AI coaching feature. User Content means information you submit through the Service.
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your Account. One Account per person unless we agree otherwise.
New users may receive a seven (7) day trial with valid payment information on file. At the end of the trial, your subscription converts to paid and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Plans: $97/month USD or $970/year USD (subject to change with notice). Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You authorize us to charge your payment method. Failed payments may result in suspension. Cancel anytime in Account settings; access continues through the current period unless stated otherwise. Fees are generally non-refundable except as stated in these Terms or required by law. Taxes are your responsibility.
If your subscription ends, access to premium features ends; data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy (e.g., twelve months) then deleted as stated there.
Use the Service only for lawful personal, non-commercial trading psychology development unless we authorize otherwise. You may not misuse, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, or redistribute the Service. User Content must be lawful and accurate.
The Service and Content are owned by EdgeState or licensors. We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for personal use. You grant us a license to use User Content to operate and improve the Service. Feedback may be used without obligation to you.
7. Important disclaimers
Not financial advice. The Service is not financial, investment, or trading advice. We do not recommend securities or strategies. Consult a qualified professional for financial decisions. Trading involves substantial risk.
Not therapy or medical treatment. The Service is not a substitute for mental health care. Edge is not a licensed clinician. No therapist-patient relationship is formed.
Crisis. If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or others, call 911 (emergency) or 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or your local emergency number. Crisis Protocol is not an emergency service.
No guarantee of results. We do not guarantee trading or psychological outcomes.
AI. Edge uses AI; responses may be wrong or unsuitable. Do not rely solely on Edge for important decisions.
Assessment. Assessments are educational, not clinical diagnostics.
Educational purpose. Content is informational, not professional advice of any kind.
Performance tracking. The Stats Dashboard lets you record self-reported trading performance. You acknowledge that (a) all performance data is self-reported and unverified; (b) EdgeState makes no representations about the accuracy of tracked data; (c) correlations between EdgeState usage and trading performance do not imply causation; (d) past performance does not guarantee future results; and (e) EdgeState is not responsible for your trading outcomes.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdgeState is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or trading losses. Total liability is limited to the greater of fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim or $100 USD, except where prohibited.
You will indemnify EdgeState against claims arising from your use, your content, your trading, or your violation of these Terms.
Contact support@edgestate.com to try to resolve disputes informally. If not resolved, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration and a class action waiver as permitted by law, in [STATE] under AAA Consumer Rules unless you opt out in writing within 30 days of Account creation at [ADDRESS]. Governing law: [STATE]. Claims must be brought within one year where allowed.
You may terminate by canceling your Account. We may suspend or terminate for breach, risk, non-payment, or other legitimate reasons. Provisions that should survive will survive.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement. Severability, assignment, notices, and force majeure apply as standard.
